Delete Your Account

1. Sign in to RHI with the account you want to delete.
2. Open Profile from the side menu or the bottom menu.
3. At the bottom of the page, tap Request account & data deletion.
4. Confirm by tapping Yes, delete everything.

The deletion happens immediately. You are signed out and returned to the login screen once it is complete.

Your account is removed along with your memberships, contribution records, attendance records, uploaded documents, banking and beneficiary details, and activity logs. If you are the leader of a group, that group and its data are deleted as well.

This cannot be undone. Members of your group will lose access to records that belonged to you, so please make sure any outstanding contributions or payouts have been settled first.

Email support@therhi.app from the email address on the account, with the subject "Delete my account". We may ask you to confirm a few details so that we know the request is genuinely yours, then we delete the account and its data.

We keep a limited record of payments and transactions where tax, accounting or other legal rules require it, and we keep records needed to resolve a dispute or a fraud investigation. Anything we are not required to keep is deleted with your account. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
